Servers are the face of the brand providing efficient and courteous service to every customer. Servers ensure order accuracy and cultivate the guest experience while upselling products. No experience necessary, just a positive can-do attitude with the ability to be a team player.
 

  • If opening, refer to Daily Opening Checklist
  • Suggest and upsell food and beverages, be well versed with the menu & specials, method of preparation and accompaniments.
  • Take customer order, enter in appropriate order system. Follow up on timely turn around of food/beverage.
  • Clean and polish glassware, china ware, hollow ware and flatware. Pre busing of tables.
  • Replenish supply of linen and other operating equipment. Roll silverware.
  • Portion cole slaw and side sauces. Fill salt, pepper and ketchup
  • Take out trash
  • Obtain requested items from storeroom.
  • Keep general appearance and maintenance of restaurant working areas.
  • Follow correct sequence of service as outlined.
  • Set up tables in accordance with restaurant policy.
  • Cleans and remove dishes from the table after service is completed. Transport soiled dishes from dining room to kitchen and deposit them in proper placing.
  • Clean all spillage during mealtime and at close. Wipe down table after use.
  • Total check and provide to customer timely. Process payment via cash register.
  • Maintain excellent grooming standard at all times.
  • Attend all training sessions as scheduled.
  • Establish effective employee relations and maintain the highest level of professionalism, ethics and attitude towards all guests, clients and employees.

Servers are required to complete side work including but not limited to rolling silverware, cleaning server station, portioning sauces and desserts and other duties that may be assigned by bartender or FOH Manager.

~Must be 18 years or older
~Must be able to work 2 shifts per week (Sundays - Mondays- Tuesdays from 4PM - 9:30PM)
~$4/Hour + Tips
