This position is primarily responsible for negotiating and approving contracts for our sales, supply chain, and GPO (Group Purchasing Organization) groups. This role requires strong negotiation skills, a professional demeanor and a thorough knowledge of contract approvals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Negotiate and approve contracts for sales, supply chain, and GPO groups.
  • Ensure all contracts comply with company policies and legal requirements.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their contract needs and provide guidance on contract terms and conditions.
  • Review and analyze contract terms to identify potential risks and recommend risk mitigation strategies.
  • Interact with 3 party attorney as needed for clarification or suggestions.
  • Maintain accurate records of all contracts and related documentation.
  • Monitor contract performance and ensure compliance with agreed-upon terms.
  • Provide training and support to team members on contract-related matters.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Law, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Contracts Administrator or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence others.
  • In-depth knowledge of contract law and contract approval processes.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in the sales, supply chain, or GPO industries.
  • Professional certification in contract management (e.g., CPCM, CFCM, or CCC
