Seasonal Receptionist – Tax Season 2027

Brew City Accounting & Tax is hiring a Seasonal Receptionist to join our Muskego office during the 2027 tax season.

This is a part-time, in-office position from January 25 through April 15, 2027, working approximately 20 hours per week:

• Monday–Friday: 5:00–8:00 PM

• Saturday: 9:00 AM–2:00 PM

• Pay: $17.50 per hour

You’ll provide front-desk and client-intake support during our busiest time of year. Responsibilities include greeting clients, assisting with document drop-offs and pickups, answering calls and taking messages, helping with scheduling and intake, scanning and organizing documents, and completing routine computer and office tasks.

We’re looking for someone who is dependable, organized, comfortable working with clients, able to follow established processes, and respectful of confidential information.

No prior tax, accounting, receptionist, or office experience is required. Training will be provided by our Office Manager.

This can be a great fit for someone looking for consistent seasonal work in the evenings and on Saturdays while balancing school, another job, or other commitments.
