Jackson's Food Company, the leading manufacturer of sweet potato kettle chips, is seeking a dedicated Packaging Technician to join our dynamic team. The Packaging Technician will have an array of responsibilities that will make them a vital part of this small and nimble team.
• Ensure the packaging of high-quality, food-safe products meeting company specifications.
• Conduct internal quality checks and provide essential team training.
• Monitor bagger feed rate, oversee equipment operations, and verify accurate SQF documentation to minimize shrinkage and enhance overall yields.

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED)
• 1 to 3 years related experience and/or training in food manufacturing and machine operating, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• *Must be able to work the following shift: 3:15PM - 1:30AM
Jackson’s Food Company requires all new hires to undergo pre-employment drug screenings. We use a 4-panel screen that tests for: Cocaine, Amphetamines, Phencyclidine (PCP), and Opiates.
