Servers: Starting $2.50 - $5/Hour, Based on Experience, Plus Tips

Servers are the face of our brand, the requested shift for an incoming server is 2PM – 10PM. You are responsible for prepping the server stations and table caddies upon arrival, minding the host stand when a host is not staffed, greeting and fulfilling customer orders with prompt action, follow up and upselling of items, bussing of tables when a busser is not scheduled. Servers are required to complete side work when not busy including but not limited to cleaning, stocking, bussing tables, separating dishes, rolling silverware. You report to the daily Lead Server or Bartender if a Lead Server is not scheduled.

Servers are required to tip out support staff nightly as applicable – Host, Food Runner, Busser.
