Marketing Coordinator

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Manages product brand campaigns – Communicates product information that will support overall branding initiatives and develops product launch strategies.
  • Provides direction to each project member giving them complete autonomy to perform their assigned responsibilities correctly.
  • Conducts collaboration meetings to move projects through the marketing stage gate process.
  • Produces marketing plans for projects.
  • Communicates project details and results to the sales department and solicits feedback.
  • Manages media purchasing.
  • Is responsible for ensuring all project deliverables are completed on time and within supplied budget.
  • Manages projects with marketing staff and external resources.
  • Proofs project activities to ensure quality and project direction.
  • Tracks the performance of campaigns and uses information to drive marketing plan direction.

Secondary Responsibilities:

  • Provide support in all other areas of the marketing department especially with the yearly critical goals of the corporation.

Education and/or Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from a four-year college or university in marketing, public relations, journalism, advertising or similar discipline. A minimum of two years experience in a similar business-to-business position or advertising agency.  Must possess excellent internal and external communications skills, computer skills, organizational and presentation skills.


The individual must possess knowledge of:

  • Copywriting for advertising and all other promotions.
  • Project management.
  • Production of advertisements, direct mail, trade shows, and other promotions.
  • Minimum photography composition skills and supervision capability.
  • Outline, write and produce sales promotion tools and presentations.
  • Thorough understanding of basic computer software used at InPro.
  • Develop budgets for projects and yearly department planning.
  • Basic market research including interviews, questionnaires and focus groups.
