Responsibilities • Prepare alcohol or non-alcohol beverages for bar and restaurant patrons
• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and beverage
• Assess customers’ needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Mix ingredients to prepare cocktails
• Plan and present dining menu
• Restock and replenish bar inventory and supplies
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations Skills
• Multitasking customer and establishment needs
• Ability to learn and adapt to Alpine guest and restaurant expectations
• Computer POS training completion
• Knowledge of a second language is a plus not required
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep the restaurant organized, stocked and clean
• Willingness to work as a team for a common goal of guest fulfillment
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time Pay: $2.33 - $5.00 per hour
