The City of Muskego is seeking a qualified Full-Time Dispatcher within our Police Department. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment working within a Public Safety Answering Point for 911 emergency and administrative calls, we encourage you to apply. Responsibilities within this role include dispatching Police, Fire and EMS personnel to various incidents throughout the city. Operates radio, teletype and ProPhoenix CAD/RMS/EMD system to facilitate up-to-date and timely records. Dispatchers also perform clerical duties, provide customer service and complete administrative support tasks.
