Service Writer
We are seeking an outgoing person to help in our Motorcycle Service department at 2 Boss Performance.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Greet customers and check in their motorcycle for service
- Maintain and complete repair orders
- Cashier service customers
- Manage technician daily schedules
- Process warranty claims
- Make sure all parts are pulled for Service Jobs
We primarily work on Indian Motorcycle and Harley- Davidson Motorcycles.
Applicant Must:
Be able to push a 900 lb motorcycle
Be able to multi - task
Have general mechanical knowledge
Be organized
Be flexible
Be a people person
Have a good attitude
Motorcycle license is a plus
