Full Time Accountant

We are seeking a person to fill an immediate full-time opening.
The successful candidate will possess tax, bookkeeping and payroll skills.
Potential for working remote.
Duties of this position may include:
1) Prepare and maintain bookkeeping and payroll functions for our clients. Must
be proficient in QuickBooks desktop and online programs
2) Assist with the input of basic data for client income tax returns with longrange
goal to prepare individual and business tax returns
3) Assist with the preparation of client sales tax returns and employment tax
returns
4) Assist with EFTPS and WITAXEFT filings, deposits and control sheets
5) Complete general ledger reporting
- Check bank reconciliation
- Verify proper account booking
- Assist in the preparation of depreciation schedules
- Assist in the preparation of adjusting journal entries
