Application for Muskego Chamber's Student Volunteer Scholarship ($1,000)

The Education & Mentoring Committee of the Muskego Area Chamber of Commerce represents business members dedicated to education and workforce training. Two annual scholarships ($1,000 each) are available to any high school senior who currently attends a public, parochial/private, or home school and resides in the Muskego, Big Bend, Town of Norway, or Wind Lake communities. One scholarship is awarded to a Technical College, Trade School, Apprenticeship applicant; one is awarded to a 4-Year College or University applicant.

Thoughts to Consider When Applying
• This scholarship is based on community volunteer work through nonprofit organizations, civic organizations, or faith-based organizations. The Education & Mentoring Committee is searching for students who take personal initiative to seek for and participate in community volunteerism. Volunteer work organized within the school district through clubs or sports may be listed, but has little bearing on the final decision.
• Personal sports involvement is not considered volunteer work.
• Volunteer participation prior to high school will not be considered.
• Academic achievements and awards may be mentioned, but are considered secondary priority for this scholarship.
• Grade Point Average and ACT/SAT Scores are requested to support your college decision.
